Since changing our IT Support provider to ISGQ, EPE has received an exceptional level of service, all their technicians are very responsive to tickets, follow up on tickets to ensure the process keeps moving and ensure the ticket is fully resolved. In the few instances the technician has been unable to resolve our issues, they have researched solutions and provided options. The overall consensus at EPE is that changing provider to ISGQ has been a good decision
