About the Role
We are currently seeking a capable and energetic IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Consultant to support and look after a variety of small and medium businesses from many different industries.
As a service-oriented organisation, this role will see you prioritising our clients by providing support and resolving issues as needed.
Opportunities to provide resolutions on-site with our clients are dependent on experience.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Troubleshoot and remediate general IT issues (Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Business Applications, General Networking).
- Monitor and maintain IT systems by attending to changes and updates.
- Provide a premium client service offering in dispensing general IT support.
- Maintain company values when engaging with peers, clients, suppliers and management.
Skills and Experience
- MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a service or help desk role.
- Well organised with strong work ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great customer focus and a team player.
- Loyal, honest, humble and sincere in your engagements.
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
