About the Role
We are seeking an IT Consultant (Networking/Systems Administrators) with an all-round skill set to complement our highly successful team.
You will be client service focused with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a Systems or Network Administration role. Prior experience with an MSP supporting and implementing a number of the following technologies will be highly regarded:
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Server Compute (IBM, HP, Cisco)
- Server Operating Systems (Microsoft)
- Virtualisation technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Production Storage Devices (SAN, NAS)
- General Networking (Cisco)
- Business Continuity (Veeam, ShadowProtect)
- Cloud Services (Private/Public, Office 365)
Skills and Experience
- Someone with a genuine technical awareness/aptitude
- Someone who has spent the last few years with an MSP, providing general support (systems, networking, business application)
- Someone who currently works for an in-house IT team, looking for a more dynamic role
- Someone seeking Infrastructure Support (Server Compute, Storage, Virtualisation, Networking) as a long term career choice
