About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic marketing and communications professional to support our growth strategy. Reporting to the management team, your primary aim is to improve the company’s overall presence in the market
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Design, plan and execute marketing and communications strategies including campaigns and content across multiple channels
- Create and maintain all online platforms including websites, newsletters, email and other social medium
- Maintain and build CRM data
- Improve the brand awareness of the company
- Support the sales team in generating new business leads
Skills and Experience
- MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia
- A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a direct marketing discipline
- Degree in Marketing or Communications disciplines
- Proven experience in developing and creating marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital/social media)
- Advanced proficiency in industry design applications, survey tools and email marketing (Adobe Suite, WordPress, Mail Chimp)
- Commercial experience with leading analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics (Google Analytics Certified will be highly regarded)
- Experience researching and creating well written and engaging marketing content
- An enormous amount of creativity and confidence tempered with just the right amount of humble
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritise work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
