About the Role

Due to growth we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of call for all service-related activities.  Service is initiated by phone, e-mail or an internal resource; your role is to provide triage and information collection to create a service ticket. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ticket assignments and monitoring of ticket lifecycle.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Liaise with internal teams and clients in relation to job tickets and follow ups;
  • Maintain existing systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of output;
  • Responding to email and phone inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner;
  • Managing job queues, scheduling and processing of service tickets;
  • Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering service and support to clients;
  • Prioritise and perform tasks in accordance with workflows, company policies and procedures;
  • Provide administrative support for services and management for quality reports and correspondence;

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in general computing particularly using Windows, Office Suite and business applications;
  • Professional communication and organisation skills;
  • Experienced in exceeding customer service expectations;
  • Exceptional time management skills;
  • Ability to work well within a team;
  • Ability to act calmly and make good decisions under pressure;
  • Professional and friendly phone manner;
  • Display personal drive and integrity;
  • Previous administration experience, demonstrating a high level of accuracy & attention to detail;

  • Experience in using ConnectWise;
  • Genuine interest in IT/Technology;
  • Previous roles within IT support;
