Data Centre Services Brisbane

We live in a privileged time where technology is faster, smaller, more advanced and cheaper. With access to more advanced hardware at a lower cost, more powerful software and applications and on-demand access to information there has been a shift in IT from reacting to operational challenges to achieving business outcomes.

There are 3 core design options designed to suit any business; Onsite, Cloud and Hybrid (a combination of onsite and cloud). For a lot of businesses today, a hybrid solution offers the most appropriate compromise. Irrespective of the design consideration, our data centre services offer your business access to state-of-the-art infrastructure to achieve your business goals.

1. Infrastructure as a Service

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is a form of cloud computing that provides computer resources over the Internet. Simply, your systems and applications are hosted on hardware owned and managed by a service provider, located in their data centre.

We offer IaaS in our private cloud facility, located across 2 data centres in Brisbane. We utilise cutting edge technology from tier 1 vendors such as Cisco (Server Hardware, Networking and Security), Pure Systems (Flash Storage) and VMWare (Virtualisation). You are guaranteed a secure, resilient and redundant infrastructure platform to support your business.

Our off-site hosting includes constant monitoring of your infrastructure to ensure the systems are up to date. This means you can relax knowing your company’s data is in good hands, and any support you need is just a phone call away.

We offer this service to many clients, which means that their office can be located anywhere in Australia and through internet access they can retrieve their data. Your business can gain access to your data stored in our data centre at any time.

Book an appointment with us today to discuss this option as we will curate a subscription-based package that suits your individual business needs.

2. Business Continuity

Irrespective of whether you choose to host your data and services at your office or cloud, business continuity in the form of disaster recovery planning is still essential. Business Continuity is a plan to mitigate risk i.e. what action do we take in the event we lose our systems or data, either due to a hardware failure, adverse weather conditions or other malicious acts (cyber-attack, theft etc).

Our data centre service offers the facilities and infrastructure to host your backups, irrespective of your preferred design (onsite or cloud). For clients with an onsite presence, they send a copy of their backups to us. For our data centre clients, we send their backups to our second site on a regular basis. As part of your overall continuity plan, we simulate a test by recovering the backup files into a sandpit environment and providing access as required.
