If you enjoy dunking your favourite Peckish rice cracker in the delectable Wattle Valley baby spinach and fetta dip then chances are, you’ve experienced a little bit of Royal’s success.  Founded in 1989, Royal Foods is a well-respected supplier of gourmet food to food service and retail operators on the Australian East Coast.

 

Supported by a staff of 150 plus staff, Royal Foods is strategically located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, supplying local iconic retail groups such as Foodworks, SPAR and IGA, along with elite 5 star hotels, clubs, coffee shops and corporate catering via their Foodservice Division.

 

In the food industry, product quality, great delivery service & customer satisfaction are an absolutely must.  Royal Foods business is very much about people supporting people.  Therefore, to adequately support the distribution network of its valued customers, Royal Foods demand on technology is extremely high.

 

Royal Foods IT infrastructure is hybrid in nature, a culmination of On-Premise and Cloud Services, connecting staff and customers across 3 locations in Queensland, NSW and Victoria.  The technology leveraged to support the business includes:

To better support the underlying IT infrastructure and maintain an acceptable level of staff productivity, Royal Foods CFO, Alan Tunney engaged Integrated Solution’s Platinum Managed Services, which includes general support (delivered onsite and remote) and systems monitoring of critical devices (workstations, networking).  ISGQ have worked with Alan to design and implement core infrastructure that works and can be grown into with the business.
